DOJ PUBLISHES PROPOSED RULE ON DISABILITY NONDISCRIMINATION

The U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, has published a proposed rule in the Federal Register addressing nondiscrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations and in commercial facilities. Written comments are due August 18, 2008.
