EEOC ISSUES GUIDE TO PROMOTE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released a new question-and-answer guide aimed at promoting the hiring and advancement of individuals with disabilities in federal government employment. While this guide is specifically directed at federal employment, it offers helpful perspectives for the private sector in increasing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
